• Tenants are not liable for any agents fees
• Rental due monthly in advance by standing order
• Security deposit equivalent to 6 weeks' rent due at start of rental period
• Parents sign agreement as guarantors
• Tenants responsible for payment of all utilities and for claiming exemption from Council Tax
• Fixed term of 12 months
• Tenants in each house form a single Household and are jointly and severally responsible for the lease
